The Takefu factory achieves high efficiency by eliminating many processes, in contrast to the conventional lithium-ion battery manufacturing process. Not only cost reduction, but also an environmentally friendly design, such as the reduction of energy consumption and waste liquid. Using the Takefu factory as a model, global expansion of production bases is to be planned.
The drying process, required in the conventional lithium-ion battery production line, is unnecessary. By designing a simple and efficient single line, cost reduction and environmental protection is achieved.

Clean and environmentally friendly factory
With conventional lithium-ion batteries, all electrodes are produced by coating ink and drying. Therefore, a large amount of solvent is released into the air. In contrast, the All Polymer Battery has no drying process and can reduce energy consumption, making for an environmentally friendly system.
